Step 3

Insurance, Medicare, and Waiver Verification

We verify coverage and coordinate authorization based on the services requested.

For home health, we confirm Medicare or insurance eligibility and required documentation.

For Medicaid waiver participants, we coordinate with the Service Coordinator.

For private pay home care, we review service details prior to start.

Step 4

Care Plan Review and Approval

We finalize the individualized plan of care once physician orders, insurance approval, or waiver authorization are confirmed.

Step 5

Begin Services

Licensed nurses and home health aides provide care under the approved plan of care.

Caregivers deliver supportive home care services focused on safety and independence.
